HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
Payment can be made through Paypal, BDO, or GCash.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP? WHEN WILL I RECEIVE IT?
Poosh əˈperəl delivers to all countries worldwide! Shipping confirmations may take 1-2 business days. Possible delays may be caused by the freight companies we work with or, on occasion, an unusually high volume of orders at our warehouse.
Shipping options, delivery time, and costs can be seen by selecting your delivery country or by selecting the appropriate shipping options at the checkout.
We use GOGO Express for domestic orders, Courier Express for international and domestic orders, and Grab Express or Lalamove for same-day delivery in Metro Manila areas.
HOW DO I START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
We only accept size exchanges as long as it is in brand new condition and within 24 hours after receiving the order.

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY ACTIVEWEAR?
ACTIVEWEAR: Machine wash cold with like colors and lay flat to dry. Or, tumble dry on low if you’re on the go.
SWEATS: Machine wash cold with like colors and lay flat to dry. Or, tumble dry on low if you’re on the go.
Machine wash cold with like colors and on delicate cycle. Lay flat to dry. Do not hang dry as it will cause the fabric to stretch.
NOTE: You can tumble dry on low, but note that your pieces might shrink slightly in the dryer. If you prefer to tumble dry, take this into consideration when choosing your size.
CAN I MAKE ADJUSTMENTS TO MY ORDER AFTER IT’S BEEN PLACED?
We can’t make any promises, but we’ll try to help as much as possible. You can email us at sales@poosh-apparel.com for any changes regarding size, color, style, shipping address, or order cancellation. Unfortunately, we can’t add items to your order after it’s been paid for, but you can always place another order on our website.
All sale items are non-refundable and are not eligible for exchange.
